Cleanliness Procedures

We are committed to providing you the same high standards of cleanliness that you are accustomed to at our clinic and to ensure a safe environment. There will be reduced hours and schedule availability during the pandemic to allow for additional cleaning.

The following procedures are in addition to our normal hand hygiene, clean linens after each patient and following of Clean Needle Technique. Procedures will remain in place in accordance with state and CDC guidelines.

  • All patients are required to wash hands and wear a mask. Reusable organic cotton masks are available for patients during their treatment if they do not have their own mask. During face down treatments, patients may lower and/or loosen their mask slightly to allow for more comfortable breathing.

  • Doctors wear high filtration masks (N95 or KN95) with face shields. All employees are required to wear masks and increase the frequency they clean their hands.

  • All patients screened for COVID-19 via a questionnaire.

  • HEPA air filters in the HVAC system as well as additional HEPA air filters in each treatment room, both hallways and 2 in the waiting room for a total of 13 HEPA filters over 2400 sq.ft. Air filters on medium setting filter the vast majority of everyone's exhalation.

  • Increased frequency of cleaning of patient common areas.

  • Marking for physical distancing in the waiting room.

  • Enhanced disinfecting of treatment rooms between every patient. Full rubbing alcohol cleaning of contact surfaces.

  • Reduced number of patient appointment times.

  • Reduced business hours to allow for additional cleaning.
